Mr. Leigh has more than 15 years of geological, project generation, management and business experience in Canada and internationally. Prior to joining Commander, he served as a Senior Geologist with Teck Cominco's Exploration Business Development Group focusing on technical, financial and risk evaluations of new advanced resource and business situations globally and providing business development support to the exploration department. Mr. Leigh holds a B.Sc, Geology, from the University of Toronto and an M.Sc., Geology, from the University of Western Ontario.

Mr. Coulter, a graduate of the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Applied Science and Engineering degree, has had a career spanning more than thirty years in the mineral resource sector. He has served as founding director and shareholder of numerous mining and hydrocarbon companies.

| | | Bernard H. Kahlert, B.Sc., P.Eng., Vice-President Exploration, and Director
Mr. Kahlert, a geological engineer, has more than three decades experience in international mineral exploration (including diamonds). Prior to joining Commander in 1990, he served as exploration manager for Amoco Minerals and Superior Oil in Australia, Canada and USA, as well as a consulting geologist for junior and major companies.

| | | Brian Abraham, LLB,P. Geo, Director
Mr. Abraham, a partner with Fraser Milner Casgrain LLP, is a member of the British Columbia and Yukon Bars and practices mining and related law. He is a former adjunct mining law professor at the University of British Columbia and a member of numerous industry organizations. Having received a number of distiguished awards for his contribution to the industry and he is recognized in Lexpert as one of the top 500 lawyers in Canada. Mr. Abraham is a past National Chair of The Natural Resources and Energy Section of the Canadian Bar Association.

| | | David Watkins, M. Sc., Director
Mr. Watkins is an international mining executive with 40 years of experience in building and managing mining companies. He is a geologist by training whose work resulted in the discovery, acquisition, development, and operation of 15 successful gold, copper, and zinc mines in Canada, US, Chile, Peru, Australia, and Zambia. His experience includes managing a number of corporate mergers, acquisitions, and dispositions. Mr. Watkins joined Atna Resources Ltd. as President and Chief Executive Officer in 2000. Prior to joining Atna, he was Senior Vice President of Cyprus Amax Minerals Company responsible for worldwide exploration and business development. He was President of Minnova Inc., a successor company to Falconbridge Copper where he and his teams discovered and built a number of mines that resulted in five operating divisions producing gold silver, copper, and zinc for the company.

Mr. Byrne is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years experience in public practice accounting as a partner in Byrne & Associates, a Vancouver based accounting firm. Mr. Byrne is the President, Chief Financial Officer and director of Galore Resources Inc., a mineral exploration company listed on the TSX Venture. He is also a director and Chair of the Audit Committee for Austpro Energy Corp., an emerging alternative energy company currently listed on the TSX NEX exchange.
