Eric W. Norton, President & CEO
Eric W. NortonMr. Norton comes to Commander after more than 30 years with Teck Resources Ltd., and three years with Baja Mining Corp. as Vice President, Project Development & Operations. He graduated from University of Toronto in 1974 with a B.Sc. (Honours) in Metallurgy and Materials Science and is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of BC. While at Teck he held senior positions in Operations, Commercial & Business Development, including evaluation of projects and the coordination of concentrate purchases and metal sales at the Trail smelter. His roles also included Manager, Strategic Opportunities, working with the Exploration Business Development Group & Manager, Business Development in Vancouver. In these roles he was involved in evaluation of advanced resource and development projects and acquisition targets. While at Baja Mining he led the Definitive Feasibility Study for development of the Boleo Project in Mexico, and was active in working with brokers, banks and trading companies negotiating financing and commodity product agreements.

 
Bernard H. Kahlert, B.Sc., P.Eng., VP Corporate Development, and Director
KahlertMr. Kahlert, a geological engineer, has more than three decades experience in international mineral exploration (including diamonds). Prior to joining Commander in 1990, he served as exploration manager for Amoco Minerals and Superior Oil in Australia, Canada and USA, as well as a consulting geologist for junior and major companies.

 
Mr. Stephen Potts, P.Geo, VP of Exploration
Mr. Potts brings more than 20 years experience in the exploration and mining industry to the Company. He has acted most recently as a consulting geologist, managing exploration programs in the White Gold area in the Yukon, BC, and northwestern Ontario. He had previously held positions as the Environmental Project Manager and Drilling Manager for Phoenix Enterprises Ltd. He was Chief Geologist for Lonrho Platinum in South Africa for seven years and prior to that was an underground geologist in the Witwatersrand gold mining district, based near Johannesburg.

 
Janice Davies, Corporate Secretary
Ms. Davies, a member of the Commander management group since 1990, has been engaged in administration, systems development and management, and communications for public resource companies for more than twenty years.

Michael G. Chen, CPA, MBA, CFO
Mr. Chen has more than 13 years of extensive finance management experience with multi-national corporations in North America. He currently acts as a CFO to two companies. Most recently he was the CFO of Spur Ventures, a Toronto Stock Exchange listed company. Prior to Spur Ventures, Mr. Chen held various financial management positions that included posts with two Fortune 500 companies in the U.S. Mr. Chen is a U.S. Certified Public Accountant. He received a bachelor's degree in International Finance from Beijing University and an MBA from the University of Arizona.

Victor A. Tanaka, B.Sc., P.Geo.
TanakaMr. Tanaka, a professional geologist with Canadian and international experience, has spent more than thirty years in technical, financial and managerial areas of mineral exploration.

 
Albert F. Reeve, P.Eng.
ReeveMr. Reeves, is a Professional Engineer and mining geologist with more than 35 years of experience in the Canadian mineral industry. He led the exploration and development of the Blackdome Gold mine in British Columbia. In 1991 he was awarded the Edgar A. Scholz Medal, presented by the British Columbia and Yukon Chamber of Mines for outstanding contribution to mine development.
