Commander Grants Annual Stock Options

(CMD-TSX Venture) announces the grant of 1,300,000 stock options to directors, officers, employees and consultants under its stock option plan and in accordance with the Company's compensation policy. The options are exercisable for five years at $0.36 per share and are subject to the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange.
