Vancouver, BC, June 19, 2009 -- Commander Resources Ltd. (TSX-V: CMD) announces an agreement to issue 350,000 common shares at a deemed price of $0.105 to Matrix Aviations Solutions Inc. for certain camp services pertaining to the Company's Baffin Island Project, Nunavut.
This transaction is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange. The shares will be subject to a four month hold period following closing.
